Charges Based on the Size of Your Pet

You will be charged from the day of arrival regardless of drop-off time. Pets picked up by 12 noon are not charged for that day’s service. We accept cash or check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS. Deposits may be required.

Discounts

Discounts are offered for pets sharing the same boarding suite. Discounts do not apply if pets need to be separated. Please contact us for details.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the start date of your booking.  Failure to do so will result in a 3 day maximum charge being applied to your account or in the case of our 4 day minimum weeks a 4 day charge would be applied.

Reservation Changes or Early Trip Returns

We do understand that sometimes trips do not go as planned and it may be unavoidable to start out later or return home earlier than booked. As we do not overbook our facility, please be aware that the full stay will be charged regardless of reason if your pet is dropped off later or picked up earlier then the booked start/end date if the change is not made at least 72 hours in advance of the original booking start date.

DURING HOLIDAY PEAK TIMES (I.E. THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS), A 4 DAY MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED.
