Proof of Vaccinations

All pets are required to have proof of vaccinations from a veterinarian at the time of boarding. We reserve the right to refuse any pet boarding that does not meet these requirements. A $2.00 charge will apply for calls to veterinarians to confirm your pet’s shot records.

Dogs: DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
*Bordetella must be administered at least 5 days prior to your dog’s boarding date.

Cats:  FVRCP, Rabies, Feline Leukemia

Flea and Tick Treatments

A year round treatment for fleas and ticks is required. Pets will be checked upon arrival for fleas and cleanliness. We reserve the right to bathe at the owners’ expense if necessary. Our policies are made to ensure the health and wellness of your pet while they are in our care.

Cancellations or Reservation Changes

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the start date of your booking. Failure to do so will result in a 3 day maximum charge being applied to your account or in the case of our 4 day minimum weeks a 4 day charge would be applied.

Reservation Changes or Early Trip Returns
We do understand that sometimes trips do not go as planned and it may be unavoidable to start out later or return home earlier than booked. As we do not overbook our facility, please be aware that the full stay will be charged regardless of reason if your pet is dropped off later or picked up earlier then the booked start/end date if the change is not made at least 72 hours in advance of the original booking start date.

Please supply us with a contact number for you and your veterinarian in case your pet has a medical emergency. If time is crucial, we reserve the right to use a 24 hour on-call veterinarian. Medical expenses will be added to your boarding invoice.

During holiday peak times (i.e. Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks), there is a 4 day minimum charge.

Year round, there is a 2 day minimum charge.

We are closed for pickup and drop-off of pets on the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
